Nova Gadgets offers collection from selected pickup points as well as courier delivery by arrangement.

Pickup Locations

Collection may be arranged at:

• Alberton
• Roodepoort
• Boksburg

Pickup times and exact meeting arrangements must be confirmed directly with the Nova Gadgets admin.

Customers should not travel to a pickup location until the collection has been confirmed.

Courier Delivery

Courier delivery is available at an additional cost.

Because many Nova Gadgets products are high-value electronics, courier shipments may require insurance.

The final courier and insurance cost will depend on the item, value, destination and delivery method.

These costs will be confirmed with the customer before dispatch.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the courier, destination, stock location and public holidays.

Any estimated delivery time supplied by Nova Gadgets is an estimate and cannot be guaranteed where delays are caused by third-party courier companies or circumstances outside our control.

Courier Damage or Loss

Customers should inspect courier packages as soon as possible after delivery.

If a package appears damaged, tampered with or incomplete, please contact Nova Gadgets promptly and keep all packaging and supporting photographs.

Where courier insurance has been arranged, claims may be subject to the courier or insurer's investigation and terms.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Additional charges caused by incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts or redirection may be payable by the customer.

Collection and Delivery Confirmation

An item is not considered ready for collection or dispatch until Nova Gadgets has confirmed the order, payment arrangement and handover details with the customer.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to purchases, enquiries, stock requests and transactions arranged with Nova Gadgets.

Nova Gadgets WhatsApp Network

Nova Gadgets releases technology deals through its WhatsApp groups.

Deals may be released randomly depending on stock availability, supplier pricing and suitable opportunities.

There is no guaranteed or fixed deal-drop schedule.

Customers may need to be members of the Nova Gadgets WhatsApp network to view certain deals.

First Come, First Served

Stock may be limited.

Unless specifically confirmed otherwise, products are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Sending an enquiry does not automatically reserve an item.

An item is only considered reserved once Nova Gadgets has confirmed the reservation or purchase arrangement directly with the customer.

Stock and Pricing

Prices, availability, product condition, accessories and specifications may change depending on available stock.

Nova Gadgets may correct pricing or listing errors where necessary.

Where stock becomes unavailable before a transaction is completed, Nova Gadgets may cancel the proposed transaction and inform the customer.

New and Pre-Owned Products

Nova Gadgets may sell both new and pre-owned products.

The customer should confirm whether an item is new or pre-owned before completing the transaction.

Pre-owned items may have reasonable signs of prior use.

Known significant issues should be communicated to the customer before purchase.

Product Requests

Customers may contact the Nova Gadgets admin to request a specific product.

Nova Gadgets may keep the request in mind and contact the customer if suitable stock becomes available.

A product request does not create an obligation for the customer to purchase the item, and Nova Gadgets does not guarantee that the requested item will become available.

Payment

Available payment arrangements may include:

• EFT / bank transfer
• Cash on collection where agreed in advance

Payment arrangements will be confirmed directly with the Nova Gadgets admin.

Customers should only make payment using details supplied or confirmed through the official Nova Gadgets communication channel.

Collection

Collection may be arranged in Alberton, Roodepoort or Boksburg.

Exact pickup arrangements are subject to confirmation.

Courier

Insured courier delivery may be available at an additional cost.

Courier and insurance charges are normally agreed before dispatch.

Product Images

Some images used on the Nova Gadgets website may be illustrative product images and may not show the exact physical unit currently available.

Actual stock photographs may also be displayed where indicated.

Customers should confirm the exact item, colour, storage capacity, condition, accessories and specifications with the admin before purchase.

Device Compatibility

Customers are responsible for confirming that a device is suitable for their intended use, network, software requirements and accessories unless Nova Gadgets has specifically confirmed compatibility.

Limitation

Nova Gadgets will take reasonable care in describing products and arranging transactions.

However, Nova Gadgets is not responsible for delays or losses caused by third-party courier services, payment providers, network operators, manufacturers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms is intended to remove any rights that a customer may have under applicable South African consumer law.
